Decidedly “Nott”.  Capes are just for superheroes and prog-rockers, right?

But how can you resist?  A bicycle rain cape is so damn useful:

• It travels in a little stuff-sack.  If it “might” rain, you can just throw it in your bag.
• You can wear it over your regular cycling gear.  No need for two sets of outerwear.
• Combined with full fenders, it keeps you surprisingly dry.  Inside and out.
• The least expensive rain gear you can buy.  Campmor sells them for $30.

The downside:  People point and laugh at you.
